Each year, Feedback Systems conducts an annual conference survey via its Feedback Kiosks™ for a national association. Kiosks are placed in heavy traffic areas to conduct real-time, self-administered attendee surveys. On average 2,500 attendees are surveyed over three days, achieving an average response rate of 40% providing accurate, reliable insights to support this association’s strategic planning efforts.
B2C: Measure KPIs at a Trade Show
A worldwide consumer products company hired Feedback Systems to conduct a survey of its distributors during a national trade show. The insights reported were used to measure key performance indicators and increase market share for a new product line.
